This is hands-on execution: plan the calendar, design graphics, write copy, schedule posts and answer the audience, working from an established brand voice. TikTok has its own dedicated manager.

Social Media Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Run the brand on Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn, in that order of priority.
• Create short-form video, graphics and on-brand copy for every post.
• Keep a content calendar at least two weeks ahead at all times.
• Reply to comments, messages and mentions within 24 hours.
• Turn blog posts, tutorials and case studies into platform-native formats.
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report on them monthly.
