What your team gets at your own domain

Google Workspace is Google’s business suite. Run on your domain, it replaces personal webmail and files scattered across laptops with accounts the business owns.

Gmail at your address

A mailbox at [email protected] in the Gmail interface your team already knows, with the same search, labels, and filtering.

Drive and shared drives

Files live in Google Drive rather than on one laptop. Shared drives belong to the business, so a document outlives whoever created it.

Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Documents, spreadsheets, and presentations several people can work in at once, with version history and comments instead of emailed attachments.

Google Meet

Video calls from the browser or the mobile app, with joining links carried in the calendar invitation.

Shared calendars

Google Calendar across the team, with shared availability and bookable resources, so scheduling stops being a chain of emails.

An admin console

One place to add people, reset passwords, and control sharing. We configure it, then run it for you or hand you the keys.

Why buy Workspace through us rather than direct

The subscription is the easy part. What costs businesses time is the configuration around it — and the day something breaks and nobody owns the problem.

Set up properly the first time

We connect your domain, write the DNS records, and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Authentication is our specialty, and it is where self-serve setups most often go quietly wrong.

Migration handled for you

Mail, folders, contacts, and calendars move across from your current provider. We check what arrived, then time the switchover around your working day.

How email migration works →

One support contact

When mail stops, you message us — not a help center queue. We already know your domain, your DNS, and your setup, because we built it.

One invoice

Workspace is supplied and billed by us alongside your domain, hosting, and anything else we run — priced in writing, with no separate account to manage.

How onboarding works

01

Tell us how your team works

Headcount, the tools you use today, and which addresses have to keep working. We recommend a plan and quote it in writing within 24 hours.

02

We provision and configure

Accounts created at your domain, DNS records written, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set, and sharing and admin policies matched to how your business actually operates.

03

We migrate and hand over

Old mail and calendars moved and verified, phones and desktops connected, and a short written handover covering what changed and who to contact.

Workspace, Microsoft 365, or our own Private Email?

All three put professional email on your domain. The honest difference is what your team spends its day inside.

Choose Microsoft 365 if

You depend on Outlook, Excel, Teams, or the installed Office apps — common where complex documents are exchanged with larger organizations.

Choose Private Email if

You want professional mailboxes at your domain without a productivity suite attached — the most affordable route when email is the only piece you need.

Google Workspace FAQs

Is Google Workspace resold through TK WebHosts?

Yes. Workspace through us is a resold service: we provision the accounts, configure your domain, support the setup, and bill you for it alongside your other services.

Do I contract with Google directly?

No. Your agreement and your invoice are with us. You do not open a separate billing account, and you do not chase Google when something needs fixing.

Can you migrate my existing email into Workspace?

Yes. Mail, folders, contacts, and calendars move across from your current provider, and we verify everything arrived before the switchover. See email migration for the full process.

Can I keep my existing domain?

Yes. Workspace runs on the domain you already own. If the domain sits with another provider, we coordinate the DNS changes rather than asking you to.

What does Google Workspace cost through you?

We quote per setup rather than publishing a seat price, because the right plan depends on headcount, storage, and whether migration is involved. Tell us what you need and you get a written quote within 24 hours.

Which Workspace plan should I choose?

Plans differ mainly on storage, meeting features, and admin controls. We match one to how much mail and how many files your team actually keeps, and put the reasoning in writing.

Can I add or remove people later?

Yes. Accounts are added as you hire and removed when someone leaves. We handle the change, including preserving the departing person’s mail and files.

Will my email be authenticated properly?

Yes. Every domain we set up gets SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. No one can honestly guarantee inbox placement, but authentication is where deliverability starts — and it is our specialty.

Can my team use Outlook or Apple Mail instead of the Gmail web interface?

Yes. Workspace mailboxes work in the browser, in the Gmail mobile apps, and in standard desktop mail clients.

How long does setup take?

A straightforward setup on a domain we manage is usually ready the same day. Migrations are scheduled with you, and most complete within a few days including DNS changes.

What if we want to switch to something else later?

We move you. The mailboxes sit on your own domain, so changing to Microsoft 365 or our Private Email is a migration rather than a rebuild — handled by the same team.

Put your team on Workspace without inheriting the setup risk.
