What Microsoft 365 gives your business at your own domain

Microsoft 365 is Microsoft’s business suite. Run on your domain, it puts mail, files, meetings, and documents on accounts that belong to the company rather than to individual people.

Outlook and Exchange mailboxes

Full Exchange mailboxes at [email protected], used through Outlook on the desktop, phone, or browser, with shared mailboxes for role addresses.

Microsoft Teams

Chat, calls, and meetings in one place, with channels per project or department and joining links carried in the calendar invitation.

The Office apps

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook — on the web on every plan, and installed on desktops and phones on the plans that include them.

OneDrive storage

Business file storage that syncs across each person’s devices, so work lives off the laptop and stays reachable away from the desk.

Shared calendars and contacts

Exchange calendars, shared availability, and a company address book, so scheduling stops living in one person’s head.

An admin center

One place to add users, reset passwords, and set security and device policies. We configure it, then either run it for you or hand it over.

Prices are per user per month in USD as billed through our client portal. Microsoft 365 is supplied, provisioned, and supported by us and invoiced by us — there is no separate Microsoft bill. Setup and migration are scoped and quoted in writing before any work starts.

Why buy Microsoft 365 through us rather than direct

Anyone can buy licenses. What decides whether it goes smoothly is the tenant, the domain, the DNS, the migration — and having someone accountable afterwards.

Your tenant, built properly

We create the tenant, verify your domain against it, and set sharing, security, and admin policies to match how your business works, not the defaults.

Domain, DNS, and authentication

Mail records pointed correctly and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured on your domain. Authentication is our specialty, and the step self-serve setups skip most often.

See our deliverability work →

Mailboxes provisioned for you

Accounts created and licensed, shared mailboxes and aliases for info@ and billing@, and permissions set so the right people see the right mail.

Migration from the old system

Mail, folders, contacts, and calendars moved from whatever you run now, checked once they land, and cut over at a time that suits you.

How email migration works →

One support contact

When something stops working you message us, not a support portal. We already know your tenant, domain, and DNS, because we configured them.

One invoice

Microsoft 365 is supplied and billed by us alongside your domain, hosting, and anything else we run — quoted in writing before you commit.

How onboarding works

01

Tell us how your team works

Headcount, whether you need the installed apps, and which addresses must keep working. We recommend a plan and quote it in writing within 24 hours.

02

We build and configure

Tenant created, your domain added and verified, DNS and authentication records written, mailboxes and shared addresses provisioned and licensed.

03

We migrate and hand over

Old mail, contacts, and calendars moved and verified, Outlook and phones connected, and a short written handover covering what changed and who to contact.

Microsoft 365, Workspace, or our own Private Email?

All three put professional email on your domain. The real question is what your team spends its day inside.

Choose Google Workspace if

Your team works mostly in a browser, collaborates in documents constantly, and prefers Gmail’s interface and search.

Explore Workspace

Choose Private Email if

You want professional mailboxes at your domain without a productivity suite attached — the most affordable route when email is the only piece you need.

Microsoft 365 FAQs

Is Microsoft 365 resold through TK WebHosts?

Yes. Microsoft 365 through us is a resold service: we create and configure the tenant, provision the mailboxes, support the setup, and bill you for it alongside your other services.

Do I contract with Microsoft directly?

No. Your agreement and your invoice are with us. There is no separate Microsoft billing account to manage, and no support portal to argue with when something needs fixing.

Can you migrate our existing email into Microsoft 365?

Yes. Mail, folders, contacts, and calendars move across from your current provider, we verify what arrived, and the switchover is timed with you. See email migration for the full process.

Can we mix Microsoft 365 with other mailbox types on the same domain?

Yes, and it is a common setup: licensed accounts for the people who live in email, and lighter mailboxes or forwarders for role addresses like info@ and billing@. Mixing types on one domain needs the mail routing and DNS planned deliberately — which is exactly the part we handle.

Do we get the installed Office apps or only the web versions?

That depends on the plan. The Online plan gives you the browser versions; Standard Desktop and Professional include the installed Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications. We ask how your team works before recommending one.

What does Microsoft 365 cost through you?

Licenses run from $10.76 per user per month for a mailbox with Outlook up to $40.35 per user per month for the Professional plan, billed through our client portal. Setup and migration are scoped separately, and you get that in writing within 24 hours.

Which Microsoft 365 plan should we choose?

The four plans differ on whether you get a mailbox only, the Office apps in the browser, the apps installed on the desktop, or the desktop apps with added security and device controls. We match one to what your team actually uses and explain the choice in writing.

Can we add or remove users later?

Yes. Licenses are added as you hire and removed when someone leaves. Tell us and we handle the change, including preserving the departing person’s mailbox and files where you need them kept.

Will our email be authenticated properly?

Yes. Every domain we set up gets SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. No one can honestly guarantee inbox placement, but authentication is where deliverability starts — and it is our specialty.

How long does setup take?

A new tenant on a domain we manage is usually usable the same day. Migrations are scheduled with you and most complete within a few days, including DNS changes.

What happens if we want to move away later?

The domain and the addresses are yours. Moving to Google Workspace or our Private Email is a migration rather than a rebuild, and we document what we changed so any provider can pick it up.
