Everything that matters, moved and verified.
Migration is copy work plus discipline: we measure first, copy carefully, and verify against the source before anything switches.
Messages and folders
Your complete mail history with its folder structure preserved — including archives, sent mail, and drafts.
Contacts and calendars
Address books and calendars move with the mail, so nobody rebuilds their working life by hand.
Sized before we start
We collect per-mailbox and total storage up front, so the destination is provisioned right the first time.
How a migration runs
Audit and plan
We list every address, measure every mailbox, and confirm the destination. You get the plan and schedule in writing before anything moves.
Copy and verify
Mail is copied over IMAP while your current email keeps working. We verify folder counts and spot-check content with you.
Cut over on schedule
DNS switches at a quiet time you choose. Phones and desktops get clear reconnection instructions, and we stay on hand through the change.
Where your email can land
All three destinations are provisioned and supported by us — pick by how your team works, not by who shouts loudest.
Private Email
Our own mailboxes from $2.69/mo — the affordable route for straightforward business email.

Every migration we run includes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured properly at the destination. If your old setup was landing in spam, this is where that stops being normal.

The migration copies your mail — the source mailboxes stay untouched until you've confirmed the new system has everything. There is no burn-the-boats moment.
Email migration FAQs
What gets moved in an email migration?
Messages, folder structure, contacts, calendars, and archives. We collect the size of every mailbox up front so nothing is undersized at the destination, then verify counts after copying.
Will I lose any email during the move?
The migration copies your mail — your old mailbox stays intact until you confirm everything arrived. We verify folder counts and spot-check content with you before the switchover.
Will my email go down during the migration?
Mail keeps flowing to your existing provider while we copy. The switchover is a DNS change timed with you — usually scheduled for a quiet period — and disruption is kept to a minimum.
How long does an email migration take?
It depends on how much mail you have. Small teams typically complete within a few days including DNS changes; large archives take longer to copy — we give you a written schedule before starting.
Where can my email be migrated to?
Our own Private Email mailboxes, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 — all provisioned and supported by us. If you already have a destination elsewhere, we can often migrate into that too.
Can you migrate from any provider?
Any provider that supports standard IMAP access — which covers almost every business email system. Tell us what you're on and we'll confirm before quoting.
Do my passwords and settings move too?
Mailbox content moves; passwords are set fresh at the destination for security, and we send each user their new connection details with clear setup instructions for phones and desktops.
Will my emails still reach the inbox after moving?
No one can guarantee inbox placement, but we configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC properly at the destination as part of every migration — deliverability is our specialty, and a migration is the right moment to get authentication right.
How much does email migration cost?
It's quoted per scope — the number of mailboxes and total mail size drive the work. Tell us both and you'll have a written quote within 24 hours.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the current mailboxes (or your current provider's admin), a list of addresses with rough sizes, and a decision on the destination. We handle the rest and confirm the plan in writing.
