A new production company launched with site, domain and email.

Arisa One Studios had films in festival selection and no web presence at all — no domain, no site, no business address. We registered the domain, built the five-page site to the founder’s own design, and put the mailbox on managed infrastructure.

  • Domain, DNS, website and mailbox from one team
  • Built to the client’s supplied design, sampled rather than approximated
  • Live in the client’s own name, with the source code handed over

What changed

Problem. A production company with festival selections and nothing online to point anyone at.

Fix. Domain registration, DNS, a five-page cinematic build and a working business mailbox.

Outcome. One launch from one team, with no handoffs between a designer, a registrar and a mail host.

New companies usually arrive with the pieces scattered across three suppliers who each blame the other two.

Why it mattered

A production company is judged on presentation before anyone watches a frame. Festival programmers, collaborators and prospective partners look for a studio online, and a personal email address on a free provider quietly undercuts every conversation that follows.

Nowhere to Send People

Two films in festival selection, and no single place for anyone to verify the studio behind them.

No Business Identity

Without a domain there is no professional mailbox — only a personal address doing a company’s job.

A Design Already Decided

The founder arrived with a finished homepage mockup. The risk was a build that merely approximated it.

What we did

The design decisions had already been made by the client. Our job was to honour them exactly, and to put the infrastructure underneath so the launch did not depend on three vendors agreeing with each other.

Domain and DNS

The domain registered and DNS taken under management, so the website, the mailbox and their supporting records were configured together rather than across separate suppliers.

A Faithful Build

Colours read directly from the supplied mockup rather than matched by eye, and the studio monogram rebuilt as a scalable wordmark because no logo file existed.

Five Pages

Home, About, Projects, Recognition and Contact — the project slate, the festival selections and an enquiry form, all on the studio’s own domain.

Business Email

A mailbox on managed mail infrastructure, with sender authentication published as part of the same setup rather than retrofitted later.

How it ran

Day 1

Domain and mail live

The domain was registered and the mailbox provisioned before build work started, so nothing waited on propagation at the end.

Build

Mockup to working pages

The supplied homepage design was implemented first and the remaining four pages extended from the same system.

Review

Client revision rounds

Two rounds of feedback on layout and imagery were worked through before sign-off.

Handover

Go-live on the client domain

The finished site moved from staging onto arisaonestudios.com with credentials and source code handed over.

The outcome

arisaonestudios.com is live with the studio’s slate, its festival recognition and a working enquiry route. Every asset — the domain, the mailbox, the code — is registered to the client, not to us.

One accountable team

Domain, DNS, hosting, website and mail delivered together, so nothing fell into a gap between suppliers.

Assets in the client’s name

Registrant, mailbox and source code all belong to the studio and move with it.

Ready before launch day

Sender authentication and the enquiry route were in place at go-live, not added after the first problem.

“Great work product and proactive communication.”
