Contracting · Jeddah · Saudi Arabia

From a holding page to a bilingual Arabic and English site.

United Three for Contracting has been delivering turnkey work in the Kingdom since 2011 — water infrastructure, production factories, government facilities. Its domain served a single line of holding text. We built the full company site in English and Arabic.

  • Five pages, built twice — English and right-to-left Arabic
  • Hand-coded static build with no CMS to maintain
  • Live in production with hosting and DNS under management

What changed

Problem. A one-line placeholder stood in for a contracting business trading since 2011.

Fix. A five-page bilingual site, English and right-to-left Arabic built in parallel from one design system.

Outcome. A credible sales asset carrying the project record buyers actually ask to see.

Clients in the Kingdom need the Arabic site to be a first-class build, not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.

Why the gap mattered

The company competes for turnkey contracts against serious names, and its delivered work includes projects for the National Water Company, SABIC, JADCO and King Khalid Military City. Procurement teams check a contractor online before a tender conversation starts — and there was nothing on the domain to check.

No Proof Online

A record spanning sixteen delivered projects existed only inside a company profile PDF sent on request.

No Arabic Route

An English-only presence weakens credibility with exactly the buyers the business depends on.

No Enquiry Path

Nothing on the domain captured, qualified or routed an inbound enquiry.

What we did

The work was scoped as a positioning problem rather than a page count. The company had the substance already; it needed a structure that presented it and an Arabic build that stood on equal footing with the English one.

Content Architecture

A forty-four page company profile reduced to five pages — home, services, about, projects and contact. Certificates, equipment and leadership folded into About rather than sprawling into new pages.

Bilingual Build

English and Arabic built in parallel from one stylesheet, with the Arabic set in true right-to-left and the two language versions paired for search engines.

The Project Record

The full delivered-project list published as a browsable gallery, each entry carrying its client, scope and location.

Hosting and Handover

Deployed to managed hosting with a valid certificate and the existing mail service left untouched. Full source code handed to the client.

How it ran

Scoping call

Scope held at five pages

Leadership, accreditations and equipment content was folded into existing pages on the call rather than allowed to become four more.

Content pass

Profile turned into page copy

The company profile became structured copy, and the images embedded in it were curated and optimised for the web.

Build

Both languages together

The Arabic pages were never a late afterthought — the two sets were built and reviewed side by side.

Handover

Review items, then go-live

Twenty-five adjustment items from the client review were implemented before deployment to the live domain.

The outcome

united-3.com now carries the company positioning, its four service lines, its leadership and its full project record — in both of the languages the business sells in. The client holds the source code, and hosting runs on a monthly managed plan.

Bilingual by default

Every page exists in English and Arabic, paired so search engines serve the right language to the right visitor.

Nothing to maintain

Static, hand-coded pages mean no CMS updates, no plugin surface and no upgrade treadmill.
