How we handle access, credentials, backups and incidents — stated as we operate them.

Discuss the next step

Describe your goal and receive a clear written recommendation.

Temporary, least-privilege access

We work from a named or delegated account you create for us, ask only for the roles the work requires, and require multi-factor authentication on anything we touch.

Prior state captured before every change

DNS, email, hosting and website changes are preceded by an export or backup so they can be reverted precisely; managed plans include daily backups retained for 30 days.

A written way to end our access

Every engagement closes with a revocation checklist, credentials are never retained, and security incidents are notified within 24 hours.

Questions about how we operate

Who gets access to our systems, and for how long?

We work from a named or delegated account you create, ask only for the roles the work requires, and use multi-factor authentication wherever it is supported. Access belongs to the engagement, not to us, and is not held open once the work is finished.

Can a change be reversed if something breaks?

DNS, email, hosting and website changes are preceded by an export or backup, so the prior state can be restored precisely rather than reconstructed from memory. Managed plans include daily backups on top of that.

How do we end your access when the work is done?

Every engagement closes with a revocation checklist, and credentials are never retained afterwards. If a security incident affects your service you are notified within 24 hours. Questions about this can go to the Nigeria line on .
