Register or transfer a domain, set up business email with us, and we host your site for twelve months at no charge. Standard, Advanced or Business, whichever fits your site.

Open to registered businesses; we verify the registration number before the offer is applied.
Requires a domain registered or transferred to us and at least three mailboxes prepaid for twelve months.
Covers twelve months on Standard, Advanced or Business. Web Starter, Business Pro and Reseller are not included.
After twelve months, hosting continues at the standard price of your chosen plan, confirmed with you thirty days beforehand.
The email service must remain active. One offer per business. Available for a limited period.

Forwarding is receive-only; sending from your domain requires a mailbox.
Catch-all addresses remain a mailbox feature and are not included.
Delivery depends on the receiving provider accepting the mail; inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

Covers the migration only; plugin updates, upgrades, redesign and custom work are quoted separately.
Requires a paid hosting plan, so it cannot be combined with the free-hosting offer.
We need access to your current host to carry out the move.

Do offers apply to existing customers?

Unless an offer says otherwise, it applies to new services rather than services you already run with us. If you are already a customer and want an offer applied to something new, just ask. We confirm in writing either way.

Can two offers be combined?

Not usually. Each offer states what it requires, and some requirements rule each other out. A free-migration offer needs a paid hosting plan, so it cannot sit alongside an offer that makes hosting free. The terms on each offer say which combinations work.

How do I claim an offer?

Use the button on the offer you want. Tell us what you run today and we reply with the exact scope, the price of the parts you pay for, and the next steps, all in writing before anything starts.

What happens when an offer ends?

Anything already agreed while the offer was live is honored in full. Services continue at their standard price once the offer period finishes, and we confirm that price with you before it applies.
